Salary: $89,000 - $135,000 USD (depending on location)

What you will do

• Review, analyze, and advise internal clients on the compliance of parent company and enterprise-level communications and third-party advertising.
• Conduct principal-level review and approval of communications to ensure alignment with regulatory laws and firm standards.
• Provide early guidance to Marketing and PR partners on campaigns and communication strategies.
• Draft practical guidelines for internal clients to maintain compliance with regulatory and firm requirements.
• Collaborate with internal legal counsel to ensure appropriate legal discipline is integrated into the review process.
• Develop and implement process and system improvements to increase the quality and scalability of compliance oversight.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a legal or compliance role within the financial services industry.
• 5+ years of experience providing strategic guidance and final approval on marketing and advertising content across digital channels.
• Direct experience applying advertising regulations such as SEC Marketing Rule, FINRA Rule 2210, or FTC guidelines.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including FTC, SEC, FINRA, CFTC, or FCA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide practical guidance to diverse business partners.
• Ability to manage complex compliance projects independently with shifting deadlines.

Nice to have

• Project management skillset.
• Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Figma, Red Oak, Tableau, or Coda.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled business tools such as ChatGPT or Google Gemini in a professional context.
