Solution Manager - Architect (with Avaloq Experience) (Avaloq/banking): Designing and overseeing end-to-end banking solutions on the Avaloq platform with an accent on scalable architecture, system integration, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. Focus on leading complex implementations, customizing Avaloq modules, guiding development teams, and aligning technical solutions with banking regulations and stakeholder needs.
Location: Kurfürstendamm 21, Berlin, Germany; hybrid and flexible working are available for most roles.

What you will do
- Design and architect end-to-end banking solutions using the platform.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Lead solution implementation projects from design through deployment, ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and quality assurance professionals to deliver solution roadmaps.
- Guide and mentor development teams, conduct solution reviews, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Customize modules, document architectures, communicate with stakeholders, and support pre-sales activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience implementing and configuring the platform.
- Expertise in banking and financial services solution architecture.
- Experience managing complex solution implementations and designing scalable technical solutions.
- Proficiency in system integration, APIs, and data management in banking environments.
- Strong stakeholder communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
Nice to have
- certification or formal training credentials.
- Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior architects.
- Experience with change management, organizational transformation, and multiple banking system implementations or migrations.
