What you will do

• Facilitate the work of a cross-functional, self-organizing Scrum team.
• Coach the team on Scrum principles, practices, and execution.
• Facilitate Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective events.
• Help the team clarify goals, scope, and product backlog priorities.
• Remove impediments, manage external interference, and support project progress.
• Promote communication, improve team dynamics, and share accountability for project success.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business.
• PMP certification required.
• CSM or equivalent certification required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Successful drug and background checks required.
