System Procurement Manager - Engineering Projects (Energy)

Location: Milan, Italy

Salary: €53,000 gross per year minimum; final compensation depends on level, skills, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Manage and direct procurement of goods and services for assigned engineering projects.
• Identify potential suppliers globally and negotiate supplier agreements and contracts.
• Support suppliers during contract execution and monitor performance against project expectations.
• Coordinate closely with engineering teams and suppliers to identify the best technical and commercial solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and schedules while minimizing project risks.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of procurement experience in EPC, energy, manufacturing, or oil and gas environments.
• Experience procuring complex systems and components from suppliers.
• Experience managing EPC projects.
• Experience with IFS or a similar system.
• Good knowledge of English is required; Italian and other languages are advantageous.
