What you will do

• Plan and manage project schedules and coordinate subcontractors.

• Maintain communication with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project budgets and create timely change orders.
• Manage and provide oversight for multiple residential properties and projects.
• Collaborate with municipalities to handle permitting processes.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of high-end residential custom home building and renovations.
• Must be based in Kennebunkport, Maine for on-site work.
• Proficiency in BuilderTrend or similar estimating software, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong time, task, and people management skills.
• Proven ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
