What you will do

• Lead remedial construction projects within a matrix organization.
• Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close projects using comprehensive work plans.
• Manage project risks, scope, schedules, budgets, and overall performance.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors throughout project delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact between subcontractors and clients.
• Monitor project performance and resolve cost, scope, and schedule disputes.

Requirements

• 3–10+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Valid New York State driver’s license and ability to pass a criminal background check required.
• Reliable transportation is required for daily on-site work.
• Experience with state contracts and subcontractor solicitations is advantageous.

Nice to have

• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification; training may be provided.
• 10-hour Construction Safety certification; training may be provided.
