• Develop and execute high-performance Meta ad creatives aligned with ROAS, CTR, and CPA goals.
• Write clear, actionable briefs for designers and editors focusing on direct-response marketing.
• Collaborate with project managers and the marketing team to ensure creative success.
• Analyze A/B test data and conduct competitor analysis to optimize ads and drive conversions.
• Copywrite compelling ad headlines and CTAs optimized for sales and lead generation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance-driven creative roles focusing on Meta ads.
• Portfolio showcasing successful Meta campaigns specifically for the U.S. market.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent English skills and the ability to adapt content for the U.S. market.
