Senior Software Engineer (React)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Frequent travel to U.S. client sites is required.

Salary: Up to $180,000 annually plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, build, maintain, and review React-based application components.
• Develop scalable data storage solutions and optimize application performance.
• Define and improve practices for source control, build, deployment, testing, and code quality.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into practical digital solutions.
• Collaborate with technical leaders, client teams, and distributed project teams to deliver projects on time.
• Gather user and client feedback and incorporate it into product improvements.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of commercial software engineering experience at a senior level.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of modern AI frameworks, AI-native development practices, and tools.
• Hands-on experience with UI/UX principles and tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Experience with agile delivery, Git, pull requests, code reviews, and unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Practical experience with databases, cloud environments, collaborative software development, and professional English communication.

Nice to have

• Experience developing AI applications and working with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph or Agentspace.
