What you will do

• Partner with Product and Design teams to define and build modern user experiences.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex systems using React, TypeScript, and Next.js, including SSR and routing.
• Own and evolve the frontend architecture to ensure high performance and accessibility.
• Establish engineering standards, including tooling, testing strategies, and CI/CD best practices.
• Mentor other frontend engineers to raise the bar on code quality and architectural thinking.
• Design and implement robust UI automation and integration tests to ensure reliability at scale.

Requirements

• 4+ years of industry experience in frontend or web platform development.
• Expert proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Strong experience with state management, component design, and modular architectures.
• Proven experience building and operating production web applications using both server-side and client-side rendering.
• Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Vancouver, Canada office.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools like Copilot, Cursor, or LLMs.
