TL;DR
Enterprise Project Manager (SaaS): Leading technical onboarding projects for large childcare-sector customers and integrating Famly into complex IT landscapes with an accent on enterprise delivery, stakeholder management, and API-based integrations. Focus on translating enterprise requirements into development projects, coordinating product teams, and leading builders delivering scalable customer features.
Location: Based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Candidates who are not currently in Copenhagen must be moving there soon; visa sponsorship may be required for relocation.

develops an early childhood SaaS platform used by nurseries, childcare centers, parents, and childcare professionals across the UK, US, Germany, and other countries.
What you will do
- Run technical implementation and onboarding projects for large enterprise customers.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders and translate enterprise requirements into actionable development projects.
- Advise customers on integrating with their IT landscape, including APIs, integrations, and single sign-on.
- Coordinate development work with Product teams and support Key Account Managers with technical clarification.
- Participate in the sales process for large enterprise customers and handle technical requests from existing customers.
- Lead a team of 3–4 builders developing enterprise features and onboarding-related solutions.
Requirements
- Experience managing large IT projects, potentially in consulting or an agency environment.
- Strong technical foundation and the ability to discuss technical topics with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud-hosted SaaS solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, clear communication, structured execution, and ownership.
- Ability to navigate uncertainty, deliver results, and help teammates succeed.
- Willingness to invest in understanding and applying AI tools in project management and daily workflows.
