TL;DR
Digital Enablement & Projects Manager (Digital Transformation): Delivering digital enablement initiatives, enterprise system implementations, and cross-functional transformation projects that improve planning, reporting, collaboration, and organisational effectiveness with an accent on governance, measurable outcomes, and adoption. Focus on coordinating complex stakeholders, managing implementation readiness and change, and transitioning new capabilities into sustainable operational ownership.
Location: Billund, Denmark; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Identify, shape, and deliver digital enablement initiatives supporting Social Responsibility priorities.
- Lead cross-functional projects across Social Responsibility, Digital, IT, Data & Analytics, Finance, Procurement, HR, Legal, and operational teams.
- Translate business requirements into practical solutions, implementation plans, system enhancements, and measurable outcomes.
- Manage project governance, delivery planning, risks, benefits tracking, and progress visibility.
- Lead implementation readiness, organisational change, training, communications, and adoption activities.
- Establish governance and support models before transitioning new capabilities into operational ownership.
Requirements
- Experience leading strategic projects, transformation programmes, or enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Experience delivering digital enablement, systems implementation, or business improvement projects.
- Ability to coordinate stakeholders in complex matrix organisations, including senior leaders and executive sponsors.
- Experience building project plans and operational improvements from business requirements.
- Experience directing implementation readiness, training, communications, and adoption.
Nice to have
- Experience with digital transformation, reporting transformation, systems implementation, or integration initiatives.
- Experience using Power BI, Workday, planning systems, CRM platforms, or other enterprise technologies.
- Experience managing vendors, consultants, or implementation partners.
- Background in social impact, sustainability, philanthropy, corporate responsibility, NGO, or programme-based environments.
