What you will do
- Lead the delivery and implementation of CRM and loyalty initiatives for major global brands.
- Execute personalized client communication campaigns from inception through deployment.
- Manage global client relationships as the operational delivery partner.
- Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and delivery plans across multiple workstreams.
- Produce project status reports and presentations for client meetings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in CRM, digital marketing, or a related agency environment.
- Experience working with large global brands and stakeholders across complex international departments.
- Strong knowledge of data, technical projects, CRM, and enterprise marketing automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience delivering projects across CRM, web, or marketing automation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, with strong capabilities in deadline, estimate, and budget management.
