Location: Billund, Denmark. Hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office. No relocation support is provided.

What you will do

• Support strategic priorities across Product and Marketing Development.
• Translate corporate strategy into actionable initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Provide strategic insight and reporting for executive leadership.
• Drive project delivery across product and marketing development priorities.
• Contribute to initiatives connected to the 2028 portfolio and 2030 strategic plan.
• Build trusted relationships with senior vice presidents, vice presidents, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience delivering strategic analysis that informed business decisions and long-term priorities.
• Advanced Excel skills for structuring, analysing, and communicating complex information.
• Experience developing marketing strategy recommendations in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Experience leading projects with multiple workstreams and clear business outcomes.
• Background in a top-tier management consultancy or marketing strategy function in an FMCG business.
• Experience managing relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers.

Nice to have

• Experience contributing to strategic initiatives connected to product development.
• Experience supporting executive-level presentations and strategic reporting.
