Senior Project Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional IT and process transformation initiatives from ideation through execution and operational adoption.
• Drive AI-readiness capabilities, enterprise architecture maturation, and business transformation.
• Prioritize the project portfolio and partner with leadership on capacity planning.
• Develop and implement governance frameworks for project execution.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, functional teams, and technical teams to embed process and technology changes into daily operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT project or program management, digital transformation, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success leading organizational change and adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, cloud ecosystems, and enterprise architecture alignment.
• Familiarity with data governance, AI adoption, and modern IT delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to challenge the status quo while building trust and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
