Provider Credentialing Specialist (Telehealth)

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Must align with US Pacific Time)

What you will do

• Coordinate initial credentialing and recredentialing for physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
• Perform primary source verification of licenses, DEA registration, board certifications, and education.
• Complete and submit Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payer, and ACO enrollment applications.
• Manage CAQH profiles and conduct ongoing sanction monitoring for provider compliance.
• Maintain provider databases and generate detailed credentialing reports.
• Support clinical audits and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience with provider credentialing and CMS/Medicare.
• Background in healthcare, telehealth, or hospital environments.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance.
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM US Pacific Time.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification to assist with clinical audits.
