What you will do

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of AI-driven projects across the Commercial organization.
• Track timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, budgets, and governance activities.
• Coordinate communication between Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify synergies between initiatives and support portfolio prioritization and strategic decisions.
• Translate business needs into actionable project plans and requirements.
• Prepare dashboards, presentations, and leadership updates while contributing to improved project management methods and AI adoption.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
• Advanced English communication skills required.
• Curiosity about AI and its business applications, with a proactive and eager-to-learn approach.
