Client Focused Vantage Analyst

What you will do

• Support client cases and proposals with research, analysis, and actionable insights across M&A, integrations, post-merger integration, and carve-outs.
• Contribute to client workshops, marketing materials, commercialization efforts, and business development initiatives.
• Develop intellectual property, knowledge assets, analytical tools, frameworks, surveys, and domain-specific data.
• Embed AI capabilities into consulting workflows and help build related products and tools.
• Deliver customized advisory and analysis to case and proposal teams.
• Support onboarding and training for junior colleagues through topic and sector expertise.

Requirements

• Master’s degree relevant to M&A or corporate finance.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in transactions, M&A, corporate finance, deal advisory, integrations, or business separations.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in virtual groups, use agile ways of working, and navigate complexity and ambiguity.
• Occasional travel to serve clients onsite may be required during staffing assignments.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Python, Alteryx, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Curiosity, creativity, flexibility, and openness to proposing innovative ideas.
