Salary: €5,994–€8,563 gross per month for a 36-hour work week.

What you will do

• Lead strategic workforce planning cycles and workforce scenario exercises for key business domains.
• Identify workforce gaps resulting from strategic priorities, AI adoption, automation, and changing skill requirements.
• Develop workforce strategies covering skills, mobility, reskilling, organizational change, and talent actions.
• Connect workforce planning outcomes to organizational design, operating model, and transformation decisions.
• Develop workforce management methodologies, capabilities, and products.
• Advise business leaders and senior stakeholders on future workforce challenges and opportunities.

Requirements

• Academic working and thinking level.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in workforce management, workforce planning, workforce strategy, or workforce transformation.
• Strong knowledge of workforce planning methods, workforce analytics, scenario planning, and gap analyses.
• Strong analytical, consulting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders in a large and complex organization.
• Strong English communication skills required; Dutch language skills are preferred.
