What you will do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR documentation, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Coordinate payroll, leave administration, and employee benefits with external providers.
• Handle work permits, residence permits, and immigration processes for international hires.
• Partner with managers on recruitment, workforce planning, performance, and employee relations.
• Develop and improve HR policies, standard operating procedures, and automate HR systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within an international environment.
• Familiarity with Dutch employment law, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Best, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting work permits and international employee mobility.
• Proficiency in Dutch.
• Experience with HRIS or ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
