Delivery Manager (Digital Transformation)

Location: Hybrid, with 2–3 days per week in the office in the City of London.

Salary: £90,000 base salary plus bonus and benefits.

A London Market insurance organisation investing in a major technology and digital transformation programme.

What you will do

• Lead delivery across cross-functional product squads and strategic business initiatives.
• Facilitate sprint planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Manage dependencies, risks, delivery roadmaps, and competing priorities across stakeholders.
• Coach teams on Agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Use delivery metrics and data to improve team performance and outcomes.
• Build relationships across Product, Technology, engineering, and wider business functions.

Requirements

• Experience delivering in a product-led technology environment rather than traditional project delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience working with empowered product teams.
• Experience leading delivery across cross-functional technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate competing priorities.
• Ability to quickly establish credibility with Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience with DORA metrics, flow metrics, or modern engineering delivery practices.
• Scrum, SAFe, or other Agile certifications.
