What you will do

• Ensure end-to-end product safety and quality excellence in a fast-paced, automated production environment.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for finished products.
• Lead the transformation of the Quality & Food Safety Management System onto a modern platform.
• Align quality systems with internal corporate standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with operational teams on the shop floor to reinforce food safety standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Quality or Food Safety within food, beverage, or pharma industries.
• Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of ISO, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GMP.
• Proven experience working in manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Fluent in English.
• Data-driven mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
