What you will do

• Create and update product documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and customer requirements.
• Supervise product labelling and monitor changes in food law.
• Coordinate certification processes, including HALAL, Kosher, BIO, RSPO, and Vegan.
• Develop the quality system (BRC) and actively participate in audits.
• Ensure product traceability and compliance with quality requirements.
• Analyze complaints and implement corrective and improvement actions.

Requirements

• Higher education in food technology, biotechnology, chemistry, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality within the food industry.
• Knowledge of food quality and safety standards (HACCP, BRC, GMP/GHP).
• Familiarity with food law regulations and product labeling rules.
• Communicative English proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and organize tasks efficiently.
