Location: Hybrid (3 days in office), based in Chilliwack (BC) or Mississauga (ON), Canada. Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Salary: $60,000–$65,000

What you will do

• Manage non-conformities for raw materials and finished goods and lead Root Cause Analysis processes.
• Resolve customer and supplier complaints and generate trend analysis reports.
• Manage monthly internal audits and conduct weekly inspections.
• Implement and maintain HACCP food safety programs and certifications.
• Develop and deliver Food Safety and Quality training for manufacturing and support teams.
• Oversee pest control programs, conduct mock recalls, and manage traceability activities.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of BRC/HACCP principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with production floor employees.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
