QA Engineer

QA Engineer (Food Packaging): Managing factory quality assurance, supplier quality, audits, HACCP plans, food safety systems, and regulatory compliance with an accent on packaging material production and certification standards. Focus on conducting hazard analysis, monitoring critical control points, driving corrective actions, and improving quality performance through data analysis.

What you will do
- Manage supplier quality performance, evaluations, improvement initiatives, and supplier or customer claims.
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Plan and support internal, customer, and external audits and maintain certification compliance.
- Establish and maintain HACCP plans, conduct hazard analysis, and monitor critical control points.
- Develop quality and food safety management systems, documentation, and related training programs.
- Monitor quality and food safety KPIs, prepare reports, and contribute to World Class Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems and HACCP principles.
- Good spoken and written English required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Nice to have
- Experience in the food, beverage, or packaging industry.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS Packaging Materials, and HACCP implementation and verification.
