QA Engineer (Packaging)

What you will do

• Manage supplier quality performance and handle quality claims using root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Coordinate external and internal audits for ISO 9001, BRCGS, and FSSC 22000 certifications.
• Establish and maintain HACCP plans and monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) for packaging production.
• Ensure compliance with FDA and other domestic and international food safety regulations.
• Develop and improve the Quality Management System (QMS), including SOPs and training programs.
• Lead quality and process improvement projects within the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• More than 5 years of work experience.
• Solid understanding of QMS and HACCP principles.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Nice to have

• Experience in the food, beverage, or packaging industry.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000, and BRCGS Packaging Materials.
