What you will do

• Drive research and develop insights into technology channels, partner ecosystems, and market trends.
• Support the Channels Analysis EMEA research agenda and conduct primary research with vendors and channel partners.
• Create and deliver client-facing presentations, reports, surveys, and other research deliverables.
• Present research findings to senior decision-makers at regional and headquarters client teams.
• Contribute to global research projects through interviews, questionnaires, and digital research tools.
• Address client inquiries and support commercial success through actionable analysis.

Requirements

• Experience developing insights into current markets, technology ecosystem trends, and their business impact.
• Exceptional data analytical and research skills, with interest in digital tools supporting research.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction, market research, and press engagement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrate leadership, and share knowledge.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal English skills are essential.
