Location: Hybrid (London, UK). Must be based in the UK and able to work in-person three days a week or more.

What you will do

• Drive research and provide strategic insights into data center market trends for operators, vendors, and investors.
• Conduct primary research with data center operators and power providers to deliver actionable market intelligence.
• Develop high-quality deliverables including market forecasts, trend reports, and technology assessments.
• Present strategic recommendations to C-level executives and senior decision-makers at client organizations.
• Analyze developments in data center power systems, including backup power, renewable energy integration, and energy efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the data center industry, infrastructure components, and operational models.
• Deep understanding of data center power systems (UPS, generators, batteries, power distribution).
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills for working with complex datasets and market models.
• Strong communication skills for conducting executive interviews and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent English language skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Nice to have

• Prior experience in data center research, infrastructure analysis, or technology market research.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Interest in digital research tools and AI-powered analytics.
