What you will do
- Supervise the day-to-day functions of the Intake Management Revenue Cycle team, providing leadership and motivation.
- Manage employee performance, engagement, and professional development through ongoing coaching and mentoring.
- Lead operational improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects to drive efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Ensure strict adherence to operating policies, government regulations, and state requirements, including Medicare and Medicaid.
- Oversee new customer onboarding and implementation into RCM Intake Services.
- Monitor KPIs related to Intake and Resupply operations and implement corrective actions to improve financial outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, preferably within the HME/DME industry.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong supervisory competencies in leadership, people development, and performance management.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Insurance billing and documentation guidelines.
- Must be based in Peachtree Corners, GA, United States.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting or managing Resupply Processing operations.
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent).
- Experience implementing new technologies or automation solutions within healthcare operations.
- Experience managing remote or global teams.
- Bachelor's degree.
