What you will do

• Coordinate daily warehouse workflow and assignments to meet shipping schedules.
• Manage truck arrivals, dock assignments, and daily inventory counts.
• Support team members through training, problem-solving, and operational guidance.
• Monitor product movement and staging to ensure proper identification and organization.
• Collaborate with supervisors to prioritize work and maintain safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while reporting equipment issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations.
• Proficiency with warehouse systems, RF scanners, or similar technology.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong mathematical skills for computing rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and wear required PPE.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Groveport, OH

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a lead, trainer, or coordinator.
• Experience with SAP, ERP, or WMS platforms.
• Background in shipping, dock operations, or outbound order flow.
