What you will do

• Receive, verify, stock, pick, stage, and ship materials accurately and efficiently.
• Process shipment documentation, labels, customer instructions, and freight damage claims.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, wire-cutting machines, and other warehouse equipment.
• Perform inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.
• Load company and carrier vehicles and make branch or customer deliveries when required.
• Train and mentor warehouse associates while supporting counter sales and customer service as needed.

Requirements

• Five or more years of warehouse or related experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and train associates, organize priorities, meet deadlines, and handle complex operational issues.
• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment certifications preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, along with basic computer and mathematical skills.
• If deliveries are required: valid driver's license, minimum age of 21, acceptable motor vehicle record, required medical certification, and a clean recent driving history.
• Ability to work overtime and safely handle physical warehouse work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and exposure to electrical hazards and temperature variations.
