Working Student (m/f/d) Retail Media

Location: Cologne, Germany. Flexible home-office arrangements may include working from anywhere within the EU for up to 20 days per year if the role does not require on-site work.

What you will do

• Handle technical and operational inquiries from marketplace sellers through a ticketing system, including ad account setup and campaign troubleshooting.
• Support the launch of Sponsored Products and other marketplace advertising formats.
• Monitor budgets, bids, and campaign performance while coordinating optimization with Campaign Management, Ad Tech, and Customer Success.
• Prepare and participate in seller meetings and onboarding sessions, taking ownership of follow-up activities.
• Analyze campaign and marketplace data and create performance reports covering ROAS, spend, and share of voice.
• Translate performance insights into recommendations that support growth in sellers' advertising investments.

Requirements

• Structured, solution-oriented mindset with an interest in working with data and people.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent English required for communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Initial experience in e-commerce, advertising, or media is beneficial.
