What you will do

• Own a product domain within the Supply Chain Risk Management platform and deliver customer and business outcomes.
• Research customer problems using conversations, usage data, market insight, and product analytics.
• Translate customer and business needs into product requirements, priorities, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
• Use prototypes, experiments, and product concepts to validate ideas and reduce delivery risk.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, commercial teams, and leadership to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Define analytics and decision-support capabilities, including opportunities to apply AI and machine learning, and measure their impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing and delivering successful SaaS products in Product Management.
• Experience in procurement, supplier risk, supply chain risk management, manufacturing, or adjacent B2B SaaS markets.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams.
• Strong experience building data-driven products, analytics capabilities, or decision-support solutions.
• Ability to synthesise customer, commercial, and technical input into clear priorities, requirements, and delivery plans.
• Demonstrated experience shipping products that deliver measurable customer and business value.

• Experience building AI-enabled products or applying AI to analytics and decision-support solutions.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or operations environments.
• Experience delivering enterprise software for global organisations.
