What you will do

• Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market insights, and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, and customer outcomes to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to define features and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
• Create product communications and supporting materials for internal and external audiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience within software or SaaS environments.
• Experience working within Agile product development environments.
• Demonstrated ability to define, prioritize, and manage product requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience using customer insight, research, and data to inform product decisions.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to support product discovery, validation, or workflow efficiency.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a growth-stage or scaling technology business.
• Experience applying user-centred design principles and collaborating with UX teams.
• Familiarity with product marketing and go-to-market processes.
• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
