What you will do

• Own and release recurring dashboards for core marketing topics used by marketing leadership.
• Extract actionable insights and present findings to senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
• Build and maintain dashboards, data models, and business logic in Snowflake.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and identify data products and tooling that improve data-driven decision-making.
• Use coding agents and LLM-based workflows to increase the speed and quality of analysis and support team adoption.
• Onboard and mentor peers while promoting technical excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a comparable data analytics role.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, and query optimization.
• Strong statistical knowledge with practical applications in Python.
• Experience visualizing analytical results, ideally with Streamlit.
• Fluency with modern AI tools, coding agents, and LLM-based workflows.
• Fluent English and availability for the hybrid Munich working model are required.
