What you will do

• Design and maintain complex commercial data models to monitor rate card adherence across the client portfolio.
• Produce detailed variance analysis to identify root causes of pricing non-compliance and margin erosion.
• Develop and own a suite of commercial management dashboards and KPI reports for senior stakeholders.
• Lead the end-to-end rate card governance process and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Identify and quantify margin enhancement opportunities and track the ROI of commercial initiatives.
• Provide commercial support and pricing scenario analysis to account teams and during negotiations.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial analysis, pricing, or contract management.
• Proven track record of managing complex datasets and building pricing models and dashboards.
• Experience in print management, managed services, or similar multi-client commercial environments.
• Degree-level education in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including Power Query, complex formulae, and data modelling.
• Must be based in Birmingham, UK for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• CIPS qualification (Level 4 or above) or equivalent procurement certification.
• Familiarity with ERP, contract management, or procurement systems.
• Professional certification in data analysis or business intelligence.
