What you will do

• Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to improve revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention across international markets.
• Apply AI-enabled analytics and advanced techniques, such as predictive modeling and segmentation, to enhance GTM effectiveness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance) to translate business problems into analytical frameworks.
• Build and maintain scalable, automated reporting and performance tracking dashboards.
• Perform pipeline analysis and forecasting to identify trends, risks, and churn opportunities across regions.
• Communicate strategic findings and recommendations to senior leadership through structured presentations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, or GTM operations within a SaaS or B2B technology organization.
• Must be based in Reading, United Kingdom

Nice to have

• MBA or graduate degree in a quantitative field.
• Strong understanding of recurring revenue business models and B2B software.
• Advanced analytical and modeling skills, including expert-level Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, or Thinkcell.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI/ML tools for forecasting or segmentation in a business context.
