What you will do

• Build prototypes and production-intent products through mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly.
• Assist engineers in designing, fabricating, and validating development fixtures, tooling, and test equipment.
• Use precision inspection tools including calipers, micrometers, CMM, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.
• Support failure analysis and formal verification and validation testing of products.
• Manage laboratory activities, including calibration tracking, preventative maintenance, and inventory control.
• Perform hands-on winding, soldering, wiring, bonding, and machining.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Technology, Electronics Technology, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of electro-mechanical assemblies and experience with soldering and wiring.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, CNC Mill, and Lathe.
• Ability to interpret CAD models and engineering drawings; familiarity with GD&T.
• Must be able to work onsite in Rocklin, CA.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
