What you will do

• Lead hands-on innovation for medical devices, focusing on early-stage concept generation and feasibility.
• Invent and develop novel technologies, advancing them toward product development.
• Conduct translational research to bridge the gap between concept and clinical application.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within a regulated environment.
• Provide technical leadership and expertise to R&D projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
• 3+ years in medical device R&D (preferred).
• Experience working in innovation and highly regulated environments.
• Proficiency in CAD design using Solidworks.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping and testing, including CNC and 3D printing.
• Knowledge of FDA and ISO 13485 standards.
