Director, Enterprise Systems & Architecture (LATAM)

What you will do

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap across Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Snowflake, Orb, and related commercial, financial, and GTM platforms.
• Design and govern integrations using API-first, event-driven, middleware, data contract, and data exchange patterns.
• Maintain architecture documentation, reference architectures, system topology maps, data-flow diagrams, integration inventories, and architecture decision records.
• Establish architecture review, change management, platform selection, and build-versus-buy processes across the enterprise.
• Build governed infrastructure for AI agents and automated workflows, including identity, API gateways, secrets management, version control, CI/CD, observability, alerting, and audit trails.
• Lead and develop Business Systems administrators and contractors while managing vendors and partnering with Revenue Operations, Finance, Data Engineering, Security, and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Systems, or Platform Engineering, with ownership of multi-system environments at a public or compliance-regulated company.
• Production experience deploying, monitoring, and governing AI agents or LLM-powered workflows, including prompt versioning, agent identity management, and audit logging.
• Deep Salesforce architecture and governance experience, including data models, integrations, and access controls; strong working knowledge of NetSuite and Snowflake.
• Experience with API gateways, secrets management, identity-based access control, integration architectures, workflow versioning, GitOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of SOX IT General Controls and application controls, including control evidence produced in a public-company environment within the last three years.
• Experience managing multifunctional business systems or platform teams and communicating with technical teams, senior business leaders, and external auditors.

Nice to have

• Architecture and security frameworks for responsible AI usage.
• Design and governance experience with iPaaS or middleware platforms such as Fivetran, Polytomic, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Celigo.
• Master data management, data governance, analytics architecture, or BI platform experience, including Tableau.
• Salesforce or NetSuite certifications and experience in large enterprise technology environments.
