What you will do

• Design and implement full-stack applications, AI agents, and platform components for GenAI development, validation, and deployment.
• Build developer tooling, CI/CD, and observability for safe iteration, including evals and cost telemetry.
• Implement secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices, including threat modeling and least privilege.
• Apply LLM patterns (RAG, routing, tool-use) to reduce time-to-decision and improve trust/safety metrics.
• Collaborate with UX and domain experts to deliver customer-focused healthcare and legal solutions.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code to lead engineering craftsmanship.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development skills and cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Expertise in AI Agent development and evaluation.
• Proficiency in Backend, Frontend, and CI/CD Infrastructure as Code.
• Proven track record of delivering secure, reliable, cloud-native systems to production.
• Must be based in the US or EU.

Nice to have

• Experience taking AI agents from concept to production, including safety evaluations.
• Proficiency with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and RAG systems.
• Experience with traditional ML training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SOC2 or HIPAA.
