Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

TL;DR

Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack): Building and modernizing the Knowledge Base of a service management platform with an accent on agentic workflows and legacy modernization. Focus on orchestrating AI agents to migrate Java/MS SQL systems to a modern Python/TS/Vue/Azure stack.

What you will do

• Frame and decompose complex problems, orchestrating AI agents to implement and verify production-ready solutions.
• Modernize legacy Java and MS SQL platform components into a modern stack consisting of Python, TypeScript, Vue, and Azure.
• Develop new agentic product capabilities and contribute to shared prompt and agent libraries for the wider organization.
• Design robust verification systems, including tests, runtime checks, migration validation, and automatic evals.
• Review agent-generated code to ensure architectural integrity, security, and maintainability.
• Coach and pair with colleagues to lift the overall team capability in AI-native development.

Requirements

• Must be based in or have work authorization for Hungary or the Netherlands.
• Strong production engineering experience with daily, hands-on practice in agentic delivery (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Aider).
• Proficiency in at least one of: TypeScript, Vue, Java, Postgres, Azure-hosted systems, or Terraform.
• Deep software engineering judgment to independently spot architecturally wrong or unsafe AI outputs.
• Ability to work comfortably within legacy codebases and communicate effectively in writing.

Nice to have

• Experience modernizing or decomposing heritage platforms in a production environment.
• History of building and sharing reusable prompts, subagents, or CLAUDE.md conventions.
• Experience with MCP tool integrations or building multi-agent workflows.
• Depth of expertise across multiple technology stacks.
