TL;DR

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop robust backend (Python, Node.js) and frontend (React) code with high automated test coverage.
• Drive technical direction at the feature level, breaking down ambiguous problems and unblocking other engineers.
• Implement AI-assisted coding and agentic development tools to accelerate the delivery process.
• Partner directly with clients to shape product strategy and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams consisting of designers and delivery managers.
• Create proof-of-concept prototypes and demos to showcase technical possibilities to clients.

Requirements

• Expertise in fullstack development and a solid understanding of automated testing.
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization using Docker.
• Fluency with AI coding assistants and agentic tooling in an everyday workflow.
• Strong professional communication skills and empathy for managing client relationships.
• Availability for core hours overlap with US-based teammates and clients.
• Willingness to travel for in-person company coworking weeks several times a year.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vue.js.
• Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools.
