What you will do

• Lead complex KYC refresh activities to ensure due diligence and compliance with AML/KYC regulations.
• Drive strategic changes and scalable process improvements across the onboarding function and stakeholder community.
• Champion AI-enabled innovation and automation to reduce manual effort and enhance control effectiveness.
• Execute data and digital strategy initiatives to strengthen workflow transparency and management reporting.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Business teams to interpret and implement regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions (MAS, SFC, HKMA, BaFin).
• Develop and coach high-performing teams through leadership and talent development.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience within AML operations.
• Deep expertise in AML/CDD requirements for diverse client structures, including hedge funds, private corporations, and financial institutions.
• Proven track record of delivering automation, workflow digitization, or AI-assisted process improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Must be based in Singapore for this onsite role.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

• Business level proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean.
