What you will do

• Perform daily quality assurance checks on risk operations to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Take ownership of risk domain QA programs to ensure evaluations are completed with high precision.
• Generate monthly QA reports to identify operational errors, procedural gaps, and system limitations.
• Analyze root causes of identified gaps and provide actionable solutions to address QA findings.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across functions to improve operational quality and systems.
• Lead or support global projects and initiatives aimed at quality uplift.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of risk management experience in payments or financial services (underwriting, merchant risk, or dispute handling).
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, brand risk, credit risk, fraud, and dispute management.
• 1-2 years of experience in process optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interrogate data and processes.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA).
