Associate, Operations Quality Assurance (KYB/Underwriting/Fraud)

What you will do

• Conduct daily quality assurance checks on risk operations work against internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Own risk-domain QA programs and ensure evaluations are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare monthly QA reports identifying operational errors, procedural gaps, and system limitations.
• Analyze root causes, propose corrective actions, and monitor remediation progress.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to improve operational quality, procedures, and systems.
• Lead or support global projects and initiatives focused on quality improvement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of risk management experience in payments, financial services, underwriting, merchant risk monitoring, dispute handling, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, brand risk, credit risk, fraud, and dispute management.
• At least 1–2 years of process optimization experience.
• Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and process investigation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
