What you will do

• Act as the primary finance business partner for Tech, Data, Product, HR, and Finance leaders to drive ROI-driven decisions.
• Translate financial data into actionable recommendations and support strategic initiatives from business case to delivery.
• Lead monthly and quarterly FP&A reporting processes, including management reporting, variance analysis, and business reviews.
• Manage annual budget and reforecast cycles to ensure the operating plan aligns with near-term targets and long-term strategies.
• Drive the FP&A systems automation agenda, implementing AI-driven tools to eliminate manual effort and improve data quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or finance consulting, ideally within SaaS, AdTech, or Fintech.
• Deep expertise in budgeting, reforecasting, and executive-level reporting.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and a strong business-partner mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or BI tools are a strong plus.
• English: C1 level required.
• Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain for a hybrid work model.
