Data Integration & Systems Senior Engineer (Pharma)

What you will do

• Coordinate the development and execution of the site end-to-end data strategy in alignment with network direction.
• Design and support core system integrations to ensure optimized, secure, and compliant data flow across system layers.
• Manage the implementation, configuration, and lifecycle of site historians and data platforms for operational reporting and analytics.
• Maintain accurate asset, configuration, and data mapping documentation to support validation and inspection readiness.
• Partner with operational and innovation teams to translate business problems into data requirements for AI and analytics use cases.
• Provide technical review and guidance on integration and solution design decisions within the site scope.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related technical field.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT systems, infrastructure, or specialist knowledge of process automation/control systems.
• 1-2 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (pharma preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GxP data integrity requirements and data architecture principles.
• Ability to evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, including AI and Automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean/Operational Excellence or Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of Project/Program Management (PMI, Agile, SDLC).
• Experience with IT infrastructure management (ITIL) and GMP regulatory requirements.
