Salary: $210,000 - $245,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Own and defend ROI and clinical outcomes methodology to payers and external actuarial firms.
• Build scalable evidence systems for various populations and payer conversations.
• Lead the clinical research agenda, producing white papers and peer-reviewed publications.
• Partner with clinical teams to integrate research findings into actual care delivery.
• Manage a small team while remaining hands-on with complex analytical research.
• Utilize AI tooling to accelerate research and extend the team's impact.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Master's degree in health economics, biostatistics, epidemiology, or economics (PhD strongly preferred).
• 12+ years of experience as a health economist or actuary, including 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in causal inference, including matched cohort design and risk adjustment.
• Hands-on experience with medical and pharmacy (Rx) healthcare claims data.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python for independent data analysis.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-native tooling such as Claude Code.
• Track record of peer-reviewed publications and white papers.
