What you will do

• Lead the analysis of large-scale cancer and germline multi-omics datasets to extract clinical insights.
• Design and execute RWE studies using Electronic Health Records (EHR), claims data, and patient registries.
• Develop and deploy advanced AI/ML models (Deep Learning, NLP, ensemble methods) to forecast patient outcomes and discover biomarkers.
• Integrate unstructured clinical notes and pathology reports using NLP and LLMs.
• Oversee RWD and genomics projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality standards and timelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Data Science, Medical Affairs, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genetics, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in bioinformatics and genomics data analysis.
• Expertise in cancer genomics, including molecular pathways and variant calling tools (CNV analysis).
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, and data visualization tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
• Experience managing direct or indirect reports.

Nice to have

• Expertise in germline genetics related to organ or prenatal health.
• Knowledge of translational medicine or early discovery in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
