What you will do

• Lead large-scale projects from ideation through enterprise impact.
• Apply broad problem-solving toolkit to develop creative and practical solutions using SQL, Python, and ML/statistical packages.
• Evaluate trade-offs between out-of-the-box and customized solutions, optimizing for speed and effectiveness.
• Implement scalable, bug-free, well-tested solutions that reduce complexity.
• Engage with stakeholders to align data science efforts with business needs and mentor peers.
• Identify risks early and serve as trusted advisor for on-time project delivery.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in quantitative field (Master’s + 3-4 years or Ph.D. + 2+ years experience)
• Strong foundation in probability, statistics, machine learning tools including SQL, Python, and relevant packages
• Experience using data science to drive enterprise value in business functions
• Comfortable leading projects from concept to measurable business impact
• Mentorship through code review and leadership by example
• Clear communication of work contribution to business goals
