What you will do

• Manage the full IT procurement cycle, including contract negotiation (SLAs, pricing) and vendor management for IT/SaaS.
• Drive FinOps initiatives to optimize cloud cost structures (AWS/GCP), focusing on Reserved Instances and Savings Plans.
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) workflows, including invoice processing and 3-way matching.
• Implement IT Asset Management (ITAM) to track hardware lifecycles and inventory.
• Conduct financial analysis, manage OPEX/CAPEX, and perform finance forecasting.

Requirements

• Experience in strategic sourcing and procurement specifically for IT and SaaS.
• Knowledge of FinOps, cloud cost allocation, and tagging in AWS/GCP.
• Proficiency in accounts payable and basic accounting principles.
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot, VLOOKUP/Query) and experience with ERP and Jira/Confluence.
• Russian: C1+ proficiency required.
• English: B2 level required.
