Accounts Payable Specialist

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable activities across hirify.global entities.
• Review invoices, requisitions, approvals, and supporting payment documentation.
• Resolve invoice approval issues, purchase order discrepancies, and vendor disputes with internal teams.
• Record vendor and intercompany invoices accurately in the ERP system and reconcile corporate card and petty cash transactions.
• Prepare and track payments while communicating with the bank.
• Support procurement and accounts payable automation implementation, process improvements, and month-end and year-end closing.

Requirements

• Experience managing accounts payable or general accounting processes.
• Working knowledge of Czech VAT regulations.
• Professional proficiency in Excel and experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system.
• Professional fluency in English and Czech is required.
• Strong attention to detail, independent prioritization, sound judgment, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across teams and adapt to changing systems and workflows.
